If you have special needs or requests, please mention them on your registration form.

Vendors are assigned booths on a first come, first serve basis until the cut off date: June 30th, 2007.  There may be some booths available after that, but we can't guarantee we will be able to meet all of your needs.

General Info

Vendor booth for this event are $75.00 this year.  Each booth includes a 12' x 12' space in Esther Short Park for Saturday in the Park.

We estimate between 2500 and 3000 people will attend this year. 

We welcome both retail booths and informational booths.  Food vendors must of course follow state and local regulations for food handling and have appropriate licenses.

If you are a non-profit organization and would like to work out an exchange of work for booth space fee , please email us.

 SETUP 

Vendor setup time is between 9am & 11am on the event day.  Volunteers will be available to help with unloading for those who need it. 

Please note: Vehicles are not allowed in the park, so all items must be carried or carted to the individual booth spaces from the street.  Vendors are encouraged to bring a wagon or hand cart to help with transporting their items.

 Vendors need to bring their own: Tables, Chairs, & Canopies.  Canopies can not be anchored into the turf.
